SUP intro course in Aalborg

Get a basic introduction to Stand Up Paddleboard in Aalborg and get to know the basic techniques and safety, on this 2 hour introduction course.

You also have the option of renting Paddleboards in Aalborg if you already know the techniques and just want to get on the water. Click here.

Stand Up Paddle description

Once we have introduced the basic techniques and safety, our instructor will take you on a short guided tour of the fjord.

Our professional and trained Stand Up Paddle guides will take good care of you and make sure you have a good, safe and educational day on the water. All our courses take place in Østre havn, where the water is calm and the area protected.

Everyone can participate, however children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
You must feel safe in water.
This means that if you can swim, you can participate.
Remember towel, swimwear, sunscreen, water and snacks.
